download not idintical win7 - win10

Hi

I have a strange problem when downloading.

i have a perfect working ix developer on win10 which i have been working on for some time with no issue.

i have the same ix version just installed on a win7 machine.

when down loading to sam ix panel same project which i have backedup and moved to the win 7 and unpacked.

when i download some gif anim looking relly wierd. but only from win7 !.

the project looking perfect in ix developer.

any one know what might cause this ?
