Project unloading from HMI panel Beijer iX T4A

Hello!
I can not unload the project from the Beijer panel of their T4A. HMI panel with PC pinged. The PC sees the panel and the OctoFACE_T4A_V14 project itself.
But when you press upload, after a few seconds it gives an error "Project upload failed". The HMI panel after this error shows the project transfer window, but in fact the project is not copied anywhere. What's happening?

In iX Developer, before you're able to upload from target, the source code must have been downloaded to the panel.

The steps to take to download the source code are from the Transfer Client to click Advanced -> Download all source code, then click Download
