What am I doing wrong with search?

For example, if I enter the word "tag", search for all terms, and I manually highlight each faq and forum, all the rest of the selections default (search in post and title, etc). doesn't find any matches. I don't want to ask questions that have already been asked, but anything I search for turns up no matches.

I think it's short words. Longer words I can search OK.

I forwarded your comment on to our web developer. I know that the forum will not search for common words. So things like 'tags' may not be searched for.
